Aligning Algebra Curriculum Across Multiple Courses
The teachers at Mountville High School have been asked to improve the articulation between Algebra courses. Specifically, they decided to use the SEC to look at Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, and Algebra II. With the results from their surveys in front of them, the teachers begin to have conversations about what changes need to be made to make sure students are prepared for the next course. After talking about the curriculum, the teachers also look at how different practices in the classroom effect learning of the students. |
